Conceptualize and design marketing materials for University Life and other university departments. Deliver projects to respective departments, each with unique specifications for deliverables while keeping university brand consistent. Manage projects by creating marketing communications plans and consulting with clients, often multiple overlapping projects with individual deadlines. Deliverables include digital and print designs for websites, social media, and indoor and outdoor signage across campus. Communicate regularly with supervisors and clients for feedback and review. Create standards of procedure guidelines for design and management processes for internal use by other team members. Includes written guides, templates, and more. Designed materials result in increased student engagement with campus events, facilities, and services, as well as more streamlined internal workflows.

Designed and organized exhibition proposal by developing visual identity and assets, which include catalogue, formal proposal document, and virtual exhibit floor plan. Co-wrote and co-edited all text across each document. Ensured all assets adhered to project specifications and were consistent with client’s objectives and brand guidelines.
Freelance Graphic Designer, Feb. 2020–May 2020
Concepted and designed compelling advertising campaign for National Portfolio Day hosted by George Mason University. Communicated and collaborated directly with Mason’s Art & Design department to ensure all visual assets were on-brand and consistent—including poster, envelope, postcard, application form, square sticker, and t-shirt graphic. Presented all information in easily readable layout designed to increase student engagement.
